Our goal is to create handcrafted leather items that will last a lifetime. Therefore we offer all our customers a lifetime guarantee on all hand stitched seams. We put a lot of effort into offering you the best quality and we stand by our word. In the unlikely event that a seam doesn't hold up, please contact me at chipichoo@gmx.de and send me photos of the seam. I will check the respective request as soon as possible and repair the seam. If the seam is not repairable, I will replace the product free of charge. For all other cases, our terms and conditions and cancellation conditions apply. Since we ship worldwide, I ask for your understanding that we cannot pay for the return or reshipment as well as any taxes, fees and customs duties that may arise. These must be borne by the buyer.
