We put great emphasis on providing you with the highest possible quality and stand behind our work. In the unlikely event that a seam does not hold, please contact me at lakesandwoods@gmx.de and send me photos of the affected seam.

I will review your request as quickly as possible and repair the seam. If the seam cannot be repaired, I will replace the product free of charge.

As we ship worldwide, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot cover the costs of return shipping or reshipping, nor any applicable taxes, fees, or customs duties. These costs must be borne by the buyer.
