Right of withdrawal
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at chipichoo@gmx.de. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Lukas Mayerhofer, Möserweg 10, 88339 Bad Waldsee, Germany.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of return shipping must be paid by the buyer. Items returned to us without you first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so we can check and fix the problem.
Exceptions / Disposable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), customized items (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your particular item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after accepting the return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and review your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
